Addmira is a 360º Creative Agency located in the heart of Barcelona.

We are searching for a Sales Representative to support our business growth from the Sales Department reporting directly to the Company's CEO.

In this new role, you will be responsible for developing a Sales Strategy along with the CEO for our Brand and working with the internal team to make the brand visible and identify business growth opportunities in the market.

We provide Creative Digital Solutions to support our Clients' business strategies providing Marketing, Branding and Communications Strategic Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-focused solutions based on the customer needs and surpass sales targets and KPI’s
  • Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Visit existing clients and generate referrals whilst retaining the business and build strong relationships
  • Operate as a key point of contact for all matters specific to the customers

Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, IT Tools and Numeric Skills
  • Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, open minded and agile
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills, working within a team, as well as independently
  • English / Spanish / Catalan spoken and written is mandatory
