We have put the soul to maintain the levels of satisfaction in the Agency.

Our goal: keep the satisfaction levels from last year and continue delivering solutions with a high level quality.

The agency uses measurement through 3 levels of satisfaction:

  • Between 1 – 2 points: Dissatisfaction – the service did not meet your expectations.
  • 3 points: Complacency – the service matched expectations.
  • Between 4 – 5 points: Satisfaction – service is above expectations.

Feedback from our customers show that we have succeeded again. This year we changed the form of our surveys but not the content: 2015, 2016. Next year it will be even more difficult to maintain quality level but we’ll continue striving every day to achieve customer maximum satisfaction.

Thank you all for the information you have given us and for answering our surveys. Without them we would not know that we have reached 100% of your satisfaction.

We will continue working to maintain the same level during 2017 and strive to continue providing the best solution in our services.
